We did it.

I have great news:

I believe we have collected the petitions we need to get on the ballot. Over 1.1 million in all.

This could not have happened without the amazing generosity of our thousands of donors - and in particular, our Chairman, John Morgan, who donated millions to this endeavor.

Literally thousands of volunteers contributed their time, collecting petitions in the rain and heat, on their weekends and holidays.

This is an enormous achievement - but even though we still await the ruling of the state Supreme Court, we need to get right back to work. We must shift this now into campaign mode - and help educate the millions of Florida voters who will hopefully be allowed to have a choice in November.

What we need now is volunteers and contributors who can help us make our case, door to door, online, and on TV.

If you would like to sign up to be a volunteer, please click here.
If you can make a contribution to the campaign, please click here.

Again - thank you for making this historic campaign possible.

Best,

Ben Pollara

I 1st started as a teenager just for kicks, but in 2000 I fell and injured my back leaving me with 7 herniated disc, I was then and still am now a single parent, I lost my job, I couldn’t work for years, but in the meantime, the pain doctors just kept giving pain killers ALL kinds all that ever did was keep me drugged up, my kids had to care for me because I was so drugged up all the time, therefore I couldn’t bare that my children were seeing all messed up with pain killers the doctors thought might help my pain. Then I decided to stop taken all those pills and began smoking marijuana again therefore my pain was under control and I was able to move around and my pain level was minimal, start working again, but then I had to settle for jobs that where beneath my skills but begin that I use marijuana to control the daily pain I have endured since year 2000, right now my children make the same amount in pay because I cannot quit long enough to get a good job and without smoking or drinking or eating marijuana I cannot work or sometimes move around, so I am stuck doing odd and ends work to survive, because every good, high qualifying jobs make you take a drug test. So I am a true believer that marijuana helps with pain, and all kinds of medical issue’s, my mom has cancer and thanks to marijuana she could eat and her pain level is minimal. I agree with billions of people marijuana is not a drug that harms people, no one has ever overdose from marijuana, nor gotten a DUI cause of marijuana, nor killed anyone because they are tripping on marijuana, and GOD created it is not produced in lab or brewed…..

I had two failed back surgeries 15 years ago. I am fighting for my disability from ssdi. I refuse to take anymore man made drugs, they have actually hindered my recovery. The hope for a natural remedy to be legal, would be a miracle. thank you Morgan Family.

Congratulations! If there is anything I can do – let me know! I admin several websites and facebook pages. We have been getting out the petition information – we look forward to getting out any information we can to help! Thanks Mr. Morgan! It was your advertising on ’Jack" radio that first got our attention!

I am undergoing Radiation Therapy now for Prostrate Cancer. I had my Prostate surgically removed 7 years ago, the Doc’s said they got all of it…OOOOP’S
They left some. I am in my second week and already I am losing weight as the “Eating Food” notion has left my brain. Nothing is my “Menu” even Ice Cream is a “Turn Off” I am already weak and Sluggish from the “Stomach Shot” I was given to take all the Testosterone out of my body. I believe that Marijuana would help me out greatly. First it would help relieve the Pain I am in from my extremities that I have incurred by Agent Orange while doing my Tour Of Duty in Vietnam.
My lower lumbar joints in my Spine. Peripheral Neuropathy in both extremities.
Also my cartilage in well my whole body, I had 21 knee operations to clean up the Weight Bearing cartilage upper and lower bones. then finally got Titanium Knees. As you can see I have a lot of problems and there’s more but I decided to omit them. Bring on legal pot for those who are in need of the medicine as that is what it is. Thanks John Morgan. You are one Hell of a Guy.
