I hope this gets legalized. I have PTSD and I would rather used Cannabis Oil. Not smoke it but ingest the oil as seen in Rick Simpson video. I do not like these Psych Meds nor do I like making the FDA rich.

Im happy theres people like you who are out to help those with medicinal reasons. I weighted 96lbs suffering from weightloss and anxiety until I started smoking marijuana. Within 2 years I was 155lbs and more social then ive been combining all the years I was previously living. People need to realize marijuanas not a drug there are people with much more serious problems then I had that a natural plant with no negative side affects could change their entire life. Its not about “getting high” its about the love for other people it increases and natural cures that come with this plant

So great it’s going to be legalized!! Since is so sad to use this amazing medicinal plant hiding from others when so many of us have done it for years. It takes all pains and anxieties away .

Has anyone ever tried to use the Comity Clause, and the 14 amendment case of Paul vs Virginia, 75 US 168, to stretch allowance of use in one state to allow use in all?

Because canabis offers medical compassionate care, the medically needy should not be penalized because of the abuse by some.

There are far more people who die from alcohol and tobacco than marijuana. Look at the statistics. I smoked pot for 12 years and I never got addicted. There was never a time when I drove after smoking and thought to myself I’m to high to drive or I hope I don’t swerve into a tree or I hope I don’t kill anyone. There are millions of cases where drunk drivers kill themselves or someone else,or cause a lot of damage. Alcohol is legal.Marijuana is not in all states, that’s crazy. Medical marijuana is obvious, if it helps the people that need it,then why not. Its called a drug(marijuana) so is alcohol and tobacco and there legal. They have already legalized the two highest killing drugs and has been forever. Then why not legalize something that by statistics is way better.
Thank you for legalizing it in some states, pretty soon all of America will. Oh and thank you marijuana love you.

I am 65 year old woman, have multiple problems which keeps me in pain 24 hrs. I refuse to take all kinds of pain meds. That are offered to me due to bad side effects. I’m Diabetic and don’t need harsh side effects…many people really need this for pain, y should we have to be penalized. Just want to be able to function a little among the living before I’m gone! My social life stinks due to pain! So many people are in pain for many different ailments…fl. needs to get something right for once!

I am a 35 year old disabled lady in florida who suffers from multiple problembs, mentaly and in body as well. it wasnt until i started useing canabis illegaly that i have been able to take back my life i am now in colledge and starting to do well. I am able to take care of myself and others around me but i live in constant fear of going to jail. I refuse to quit because of all the benifits i receive from it including. The smile on my daughters face in the mornings when i get up with her. My astma has preety much went away and i smoke only small amounts during the day it has alowed me to interact with others instead of hidding in my house for fear of triggering my ptsd. thank you John Morgan for fighting for me when im unable to do so myself.

Florida needs to get out of the dark ages and think of the people that are in pain that can be helped and how the State can be help money wise if Colorado can turn over 1 million dollars in taxes to help out the their State then Florida wake up.
